Unable to Add Business Plan

    Hello,
    I am trying to add the Business Plan to my staging site: https://lafilmstaging.wpengine.com, however when I log in through the setup wizard, I’m only given the option for the Free Plan.
    Is there a delay between purchase and having the plan populate in my account?

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with adding the Business Plan to your staging site. There should not be a delay in having the plan populate in your account once the purchase is completed. The files and access to the plans are typically available immediately after payment approval.

    If you are only seeing the Free Plan option, it might be worth checking if the purchase was successful or if there are any issues with your account.

    Your account has been already upgraded to the PRO version. You’ll also notice that the PRO badge is already showing on your account details.

    If you haven’t already, you can go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO/Business license:

    Please install the Rank Math PRO plugin files if you haven’t already from your registered account from here:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Once you have activated the PRO plugin, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

    You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

    You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version. Here’s our guide about this topic: https://rankmath.com/kb/should-i-delete-free-plugin-after-upgrading/

    Also, please ensure that there are no Ad-Blockers installed in your browser or your website is excluded in order to ensure a smooth experience with Rank Math PRO.

    Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    I seem to be unable to open a new ticket or otherwise contact support via your website, so I’m responding here. I would like to cancel my subscription to your AI Companion and am seeking a full refund.

    About the Content AI Plan, it was included with your Rank Math PRO (all license types) and it is mentioned on the pricing page as well:

    We also send out an email reminder seven (7) days before the actual charge so that users can cancel the trial. We also mentioned this in our FAQs.

    With that being said, we have initiated a refund on your Content AI subscription as requested. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
