Two RankMath Accounts – one is free (installed in website) other is PRO

    Rank Math free

Hi- I first set-up my RankMath account using m**@b**************. When I upgraded to PRO I (accidentally) used my GoogleAccount to login. So my PRO sub is in my RankMath account (with Google login) but the website (telemedtrends.com) shows the RankMath version tied to m**@b**************.

I tried re-installing RankMath using the Google RankMath account, but that didn’t seem to work.

What’s my best options for rectifying this?

    Thanks!
    Max

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Rank Math accounts. Thank you for raising this concern.

To resolve the situation where your PRO subscription is linked to a different account than the one installed on your website, you will need to merge the two accounts or change the email associated with your PRO account. Here’s what you can do:

    1. Contact Support: Since you have two accounts, please reach out to our support team to request merging both accounts or changing the email connected to your PRO account. You can do this by submitting a ticket through the Rank Math Support Forum.

    2. Provide Necessary Information: In your ticket, make sure to include the email addresses associated with both accounts (the one used for the free version and the one used for the PRO version). If possible, also include a screenshot of the invoice from FastSpring.com for your PRO purchase.

    3. Follow Up: Once you submit your ticket, our support team will assist you in rectifying the issue and ensure that your PRO subscription is properly linked to your website.

If you need further assistance or have any other questions, feel free to reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will take over and help you out.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to resolving this for you!

    Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

The email address m**@b************** is currently not registered on our website and the account you used to create the support ticket is under i***@b**************.

The PRO subscription was purchased under the email address m**@m***********.

Please login using that account and follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-upgrade-to-rank-math-pro/

To avoid further confusion, would you like us to merge all these accounts and consolidate all account data and subscriptions into a single account? If so, please let us know which email address you wish to keep.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
