  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the two-factor authentication code not being sent to your email. This can be quite frustrating, especially when it prevents you from accessing your WordPress website.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Check Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, emails can end up in the spam or junk folder. Please check there to see if the code email has been misdirected.

    2. Email Configuration: Ensure that your email settings are correctly configured in WordPress. If you’re using a plugin for SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol), make sure it’s set up properly to send emails.

    3. Plugin Conflicts: There might be a conflict with another plugin. If possible, try disabling other plugins temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.

    4. Server Email Settings: Sometimes, the server settings can prevent emails from being sent. You may want to contact your hosting provider to ensure that your server is configured to send emails.

    5. Use an Alternative Method: If you have access to the backup codes or an alternative method of authentication (like an authenticator app), you might be able to bypass the email requirement temporarily.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, we recommend replying to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will be able to assist you further.

Thank you for raising this concern, and we hope to help you resolve it soon!
