Looks like you posted them both at the exact same time. One shows the correct size and the other didn’t. This is something Twitter does on its own and we cannot control it.
What we can do is add the correct tag which you can verify that we are doing properly here:

With that said, you seem to be restricting access to your images from bots:

You might want to remove this line:
Disallow: /wp-content/uploads/
