Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I’ve added URLs in the sensitive data section where I have found the issue.
The image’s resolution you have used is too big that’s why Twitter is unable to fetch the image.
The recommended resolution is 1200px X 630px. Please set the image of the posts with the recommended resoultion and test the page again using the Twitter Card Validator tool to see if the issue gets fixed.
I hope that helps.
Thank you.
Hi, thanks for this. All of our site’s images are 800 x 520, so considerably less than this – can this still be the problem?
I’ve added some more notes in the sensitive data section.
Several posts, e.g. I’ve just added a link into the sensitive data section, are working in the Twitter Card Validator tool you linked, but not on twitter…
Hello,
Apologies for the wrong URLs I’ve shared earlier as those are the links that are not showing the image in the Twitter post you shared.
However, I’ve checked the affected URL you have shared, and it is already working fine. Please see the attached screenshot in the sensitive data section.
Normally, checking the link using the card validator will clear the cache from Twitter.
Could you please clear your website and browser’s cache and check again if the image is still not showing?
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
