Make sure to fulfill the requirements for the images used in that kind of posts:
Images for this Card support an aspect ratio of 2:1 with minimum dimensions of 300×157 or maximum of 4096×4096 pixels. Images must be less than 5MB in size. JPG, PNG, WEBP and GIF formats are supported. Only the first frame of an animated GIF will be used. SVG is not supported.

Thanks for the reply, but the image is 624×351, a jpg and less than 5mb so I thought it should be ok?

I think we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

It seems one of your plugins is changing the setting the twitter card to summary card even though Rank math has set it to large card. Please check the screenshot I have added in the sensitive section for reference. You can disable the plugin then test your URL again and let us know.

Thanks for the reply – I disabled all plugins but it didn’t cure the problem. If you mean the plugin is Better Open Graph – I can’t find it? I also disabled the Better Social Counter plugin and this made no difference.
I’m hoping you may have another suggestion.

It seems the plugin that was adding the extra twitter tags was deactivated. I checked your page source then tested your URL with twitter card validator and now your cards seem to appear fine. Please check the new screenshot I have added in the sensitive section.

Thank you it does work now but only after a second attempt when I try to post – the fist time only text and the url appear, so I delete and do it a second time – it then works.
At least it works now – eventually!
