Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), you can find the culprit by following this troubleshooting guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

You have a twitter plugin on your site which is also adding twitter card meta to your page: https://i.rankmath.com/ZfAaZZ and is defined to show summary card which is overriding Rank math’s summary_large_image.

You will need to disable the plugin to allow Rank math to add this to your pages.

Thank you for the follow up.

I accessed your site and deactivated the twitter plugin https://i.rankmath.com/vX19Mu and now only Rank math is defining the twitter meta. With this, your twitter card is now showing a large image: https://i.rankmath.com/tV419S
