Thank you for contacting support.
Our payment provider doesn’t allow for VPNs to be used during the purchase and requires that the country from the card is the same as where you are located to pass the security screening.
Since you don’t comply with that, the payment is not going through.
This is not something that we can overcome because it’s a built-in security feature of the payment provider we use to prevent fraud.
