Trying to add new web site, Pro not activating

    I have an active PRO Subscription:

    [MOVED TO SENSITIVE DATA SECTION]

    I use the plugin on radio45.sodapop.llc and now wish to also use it on buzztown.promo.

    I have uploaded the PRO plugin to buzztown.promo but cannot “activate” it.

    I am trying to activate with my [1]MOVED TO SENSITIVE DATA SECTION account but I get an error message:

    “Something went wrong, please contact us.”

    So I am contacting you. Can you get this straightened out for me?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support today and bringing your concern to our attention.

    It seems you are trying to activate your Rank Math plugin using this current account of yours and your PRO subscription is in a different email account. Please check the sensitive data section [2].

    You would need to login into that account first since your PRO subscription is applied to that account.
