Can you please share a screenshot of the area in which Rank Math isn’t working as intended in Divi builder? You can use a tool like https://imgbb.com/ to share the screenshot/s.
Also, it would also be nice to check if there are other plugins that might be causing conflict with Rank Math and Divi.

The problem lies with the WP Shopify Plugin, which is integral to my site running.

You will have to get in touch with the support of the plugin and inform them about the issue. As their plugin is causing the issues with Rank Math’s functions, they will be able to resolve this on their end.
