transferring my AI credits

    Hello:
    I am having rankmath plugin and its pro version on my wordpress website for some time now. I just bought this 75 credits but can’t figure out how to transfer these credits to my wordpress site. Please help. thank you

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support today and bringing your concern to our attention.

    You mentioned that you have a PRO version on your website so it seems that you have purchased the 75 AI credits on a separate account which is this account you used to create the ticket.

    Would you like us to merge this account to your account with a PRO subscription so you can make use of your 75 credits and the PRO subscription? If so, please share the email address you used to purchase the PRO plan and we will do the needful.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

    We have merged your accounts as requested.

    Please check on your end if everything is working as expected.

    Steps to be followed:
    1. Ensure that you are logged in to your paid account
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/edit-account/
    paid account rank math

    2. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:
    disconnect and reconnect Rank Math
    WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

    You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

    You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.

    Also, please ensure that there are no Ad-Blockers installed in your browser, or your website is excluded in order to ensure a smooth experience with Rank Math PRO.
