Transfer My AI credits to a different account - Support

Hi RankMath Support,

I purchased AI credits, but realizing now I did it on the wrong rankmath account.
Credits purchased under j*********@gmail.com, but need to be transferred to the account under h***@*****.ca, so I’ll be able to use them on my website.

Can you please assist?

Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch and we are sorry to hear about the issue you are facing.

We have checked the email you provided however, we don’t find an account for h***@******.ca to transfer to.

To use your AI credits on your website, please make sure you’ve logged in to the account that you’ve used to purchase Content AI credits.

Then please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
