I got no where despite following these instructions. I do want to pay for the service, but I can’t even install the basic version. It is always showing the 71% block.

I deleted redirectors. I removed Schema Pro from being a factor and it still stopped at 98%
I removed everything and it was 100%…so I guess no data transfer

In this case, please try reimporting the data again in Rank Math > Status & Tools > Import & Export > Other Plugins, then under the plugin column, uncheck the Calculate SEO Scores option below, and click the Import button.
