The same email a**************@g******** is used for registration/subcsription purchase. Also no mail is received from any where. Thats why we immediately contacted RANKMATH SUPPORT. We have checked SPAM folders also for the same but no email received for transaction and/or subscription confirmation.

Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and connect your paid Rank Math account to activate the PRO plugin.

Is my subscription active. I have not yet received invoice or confirmation for the same. As mentioned issue is my subscription is not showing active while we are charged for that.
I am totally confused about your reply. Can you share invoice and subscription details.
Please update on our query or explain in detail as per your reply we are totally confused whether our subscription is activated or not.

As you’ve made the payment, we checked and the payment is Accepted but not Completed. This is common with Amazon Pay transactions as it can take a week or two to get completed.
However, we’ve added a temporary two-week Business subscription to your account until the payment gets completed.
The temporary subscription details are sent to your email address. You can follow this guide to install and activate the Rank Math PRO plugin on your website: https://rankmath.com/kb/upgrade-plan/

Thank you for your kind support. Yes we have activated RankMath Pro on our websites. We need to add few more but will wait for the annual subscription. Also in case if the payment is refunded in our account we will update you and after that we will reactivate/resubscribe to the desired plan.
