Hi there i need help. the backend of my page ist very slow. now i have a reporting from my Google Ads agency. there a tousends of redirects on my page. the most from the events and also product keywords.

Most of the URLs from the list you have shared are archive pagination.

In this case, you can enable the Noindex Subpages to set them to noindex in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Misc Pages.

Once done, clear your website’s cache and check again.
