Below is just an example of one of the 10 images SEO Analysis says it has no alt attributes:
I already corrected this image: https://www.blogdaveruska.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/India-Brasileirinho.jpg
to include the Alt Text. That is the only file with that name I can see from Midia Library.However, after replacing the image and refreshing SEO Analysis results, I still see all this:
https://share.getcloudapp.com/rRuoQ8gzall about the SAME image but different sizes. But I don’t have easy access to all versions generated by WP.
How do I prevent that from being an issue to my SEO?

Yes, I open the image on Midia Library. Usually I remove the image from the post and upload it again as I am under the impression that the post will not assume the alt tag was added.
I understand your advice to choose to ignore that test but being a inexperienced SEO user, you may agree with me that it doesn’t help much. How would I know until I asked you? My goal is to come as close as to 100 so my client will be happy after being convinced to switch from Yoast to your tool.
