Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), this can be cased by a conflicting plugin/theme with Rank Math.

I have checked — it is working correctly on the Twenty Twenty-Five theme and also with the Rank Math SEO plugin. However, it is not working on the Homelengo theme.

We logged in to your site using the access details provided.
We went further to check if any plugin might be interfering with the Rank Math using the guide we share earlier and discovered that the main theme, homelengo was the culprit.
We suggest contacting the homelengo theme developer to inform them about the issue. They might already have a solution for this.
