Checking the error on your sitemap page, it seems that this was caused by a plugin or from your theme. To determine what’s causing it, please refer to this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Fun tip. My theme and plugins don’t conflict – ie if you say so, your plugin is broken. On all my sites I use a standard set of plugins, ie elementor free & pro, some crocoblock plugs and plugins from advanced ads. + some optimization. the same set everywhere. and on this one page only, job_listing error occurs in GSC. After that, there was nothing new to install. So far, everything was working and GSC was loading the sitemap – the problem suddenly appeared yesterday. And for months nothing new has been installed. After the bull on the GSC page described the problem your plugin is causing a sitemap error and has an unknown format.
I understand that as part of the free support this is your only advice and you removed the thread on the group so that people would not see such a problem.

I checked the sitemap, it is loading fine and is also validated without any errors:

Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
3. Remove all the sitemaps from the Search Console and add sitemap_index.xml and wait for Google to crawl the sitemap.
That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.
