TOC-problems with pages

Hi Rank Math

I just love Rank Math. So much easier than Yoast!

I have problems finding a Table of Content-plugin that works well with Rank Math. I have tried a couple of them (“Easy Table of Contents” and “Rich Table of Contents”). Both should work.

I have some problems with both:

1) When “Easy Table of Contents” is active I can not load my pages. Posts load fine. As soon as I deactivate the plug-in I can load pages again. I get this message: “The service is not available right now.” when I try to load a page.

2) When “Rich Table of Contents” is active it build a ToC on posts, but not on pages – and there is check mark in the “pages”-field. I have read the FAQ.

3) With “Rich Table of Contents”, where ToC is built fine, Rank Math still says “Use Table of Content to break-down your text.”

My theme is Enfold.

I have tried to write their supports (both of them) via wordpress.org but they do not answer.

Is it possible you can give me some advise?
