The Rank Math’s Table of Contents block is only for Gutenberg and currently, there’s no way to use this feature from our plugin in other page builders/editors.
For Elementor, you can use any of the plugins mentioned in this guideline which is compatible with Rank Math: https://rankmath.com/kb/table-of-contents-not-detected/#toc-plugins
