We have tried to solve it and it seems when you enter using an incognito tab, it works but if you log in in a normal tab you get that message.
So it must be a cache messing with this. Please try to empty your browser cache and also any other cache system you could have (like a server cache or even Cloudflare).
After that, if the issue continues, please share some FTP credentials and we will take a deeper look.
