We validate the data added in the fields. The % when added before the text is getting removed because our validation function sees it as an invalid variable i.e ( %var% )
We are doing it intentionally as % used before the word wouldn’t mean anything.
%25 is not the sign for 25 percent. It is 25% and if you are using RTL, please switch to an RTL language from WP > Settings > General.

The language you used, Türkçe, is not an RTL (Right-to-left) format. This format can only be achieved if the language in WordPress general settings is an RTL language.

Rank math inherits the RTL functionality from WordPress. Given your set language is not categorized to be RTL, this is likely to be an issue.
In you case you can try one of the RTL WordPress plugins such as this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ltrrtl-admin-content/ to allow you to add your text in RTL format.
