To confirm this temporary switch to a default theme and see if the issue persists.

When we checked your site, we could see you had manually entered an SEO title for the homepage in the Rank Math metabox. See the image in the sensitive data section.
The global title/description at Rank Math SEO > Titles & Meta > Page > Single Page Title, is not applied when you have a manual entry for them in a post/page.
We cleared the text in that field, and now the global SEO title is reflecting.
