We can’t seem to replicate the issue, we tried saving the titles & meta settings and one of the custom taxonomy’s individual SEO settings but it was saving just fine. If the issue is about a specific taxonomy, can you please share what custom taxonomy is it?

When a checked your website, a custom title was set for individual category pages, so the global title setting was not being applied. You will have to remove the category title from your individual video category pages to apply the global title. Screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/v/UGYpzs
Please note, I have changed back any changes I made.
