    Hi there,

I setup Rank Math as always but on one of my domains the frontent do not show the correct title.
It only shows the placeholder %title% %sep% %sitename%

In the settings preview or in the edit post/page page is it working just fine?

    Any idea?

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

It looks like this site is running Yoast and not Rank Math. Could you please switch back to Rank Math so that we can check this further?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi Amos,

Thanks for getting back to us.

This is very odd, have you tried to resave the homepage?

If this does not help, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hi Amos,

    Thanks for the access.

I have logged in to your site and saved the page SEO settings via WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Pages to refresh the settings and this seems to have fixed the title problem.

I have however noted that you do not have a meta description configured on this page which is affecting the generation of the meta description:
    Settings

Please add some variables on this section or you can add some manual meta descriptions on each individual pages.

I hope this info helps. Thank you.
