Title not correct on category pages

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    On wegenbouwmachine.nl I use Rankmath to control my SEO.
    However, there is a problem with the <title> of the category pages.

    For the category pages, I optimized the meta title, but the <title> only uses a part of it.
    For example for the category “Trilplaat eenrichting”, the meta title (in wp-admin) is “Trilplaat eenrichting | Ammann machine | Wegenbouwmachine.nl”, but the <title> only uses “| Ammann machine | Wegenbouwmachine.nl”. Also, when I look at the code on the front-end I only see “<meta property=”og:title” content=”| Ammann machine | Wegenbouwmachine.nl”>”, so not the whole meta title as in the back-end.

    To me, it seems that %title% is not working correctly on WooCommerce category pages. To make it more convenient for you to solve the problem, I provided a user on the website in the Sensitive Data box. Remind, that the website is LIVE and you can break things.

    Hi Joren,

    Thanks for the follow up.

    When it comes to category pages, it is not recommended to use %title% since you are on a term/category page.
    I have replaced the following variables on the affected category page:
    %title% %sep% Ammann machines %sep% %sitename%
    with the following
    %term% %sep% Ammann machines %sep% %sitename%
