Title Meta no longer work

    There is now a change, the meta box now display as pop up but after imputing my title and close box it simply remain blank. I mean my title did not inputted.

    That’s a problem since the new update (and metas are changed in a popup, which clearly sucks). I have the Pro version at work, and that behaves the same way.

    Could you please confirm you are on the latest version of the Rank Math? The latest version is v1.0.69.1

    Please clear the website cache and Rank Math Transients by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients

    Did that, updated and removed Transients. After saving the draft, fields are still emptied (meta title, description, excerpt, focus keywords).

    Yes am using the latest RM version: 1.0.69.1

    Let me say that the issue cropped up after the latest update, so is 100% the plugin issue. Am also experiencing same issues on all my older sites.

    I followed and tried the screencast vid. It basically automatically copied article topic to displayed as META title. That is, article topic is same as meta title.

    So is now impossible to have a different meta title text than article topic. This is not good at all

    It’s easy to reproduce:

    1. Open a draft article in Classic Editor
    2. Change meta-title, meta-description and add Focus keywords
    3. Save drafts
    4. Notice everything got reverted
    5. Go to (2)

    I tried your ideas and it works for post done through draft.
    But failed for my previous published posts, even when I converted them to draft, it failed.

    Anyway they must correct the issue from the latest update

    As a workaround, you can use Gutenberg (new bloc editor). At our edition, everyone hates it, but it can save you some time these days, waiting for a fix to be produced.

    I see the issue on your site and it seems to happen only on the Firefox browser. I made some changes in the plugin’s classic.js file and that seemed to have fixed the issue. Can you please confirm?
