Title is added at the beginning of the meta description

    I noticed in the source code of several websites I manage that the page title is added to the beginning of the meta description. In the Rank Math ‘Titles and Meta’ settings I have chosen %excerpt% for the meta description. It displays correctly in the Rank Math meta box on each page in admin. In the frontend the title is added to the description.
    On pages where the meta description has been changed manually, the meta description is output correctly.

    Example

    Page title: My title
    Page description: This is my description

    Backend meta description: This is my description
    Frontend meta description: My title This is my description
    Frontend meta description manually changed: This is my description

    The %excerpt% is auto generated from the first 156 characters of your post content. I have noted that you are using the post title at the beginning of the post content that is causing this on the affected posts as shown below:
    Post content

    I can suggest that you remove the additional title on the post content to fix this.
