Please contact your web host and check if something is blocking the WordPress REST API. Please also ask them to check the Firewall Settings and whitelist the

Please ask your web host to whitelist these routes:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta /wp-json/rankmath/v1/ca/getCreditsWhitelisting the route should fix the issue.
