One of the changes introduced in the latest version is better compatibility with the Gutenberg editor. The Rank Math SEO options are now available from the sidebar as shown on this screen cast: https://i.rankmath.com/U44EB5
Please note that you can easily rollback to the previous metabox layout by adding the following code snippet on your theme’s functions.php file:

* Disable Gutenberg Sidebar Integration
*/
add_filter( 'rank_math/gutenberg/enabled', '__return_false' );
