It seems like Google is showing the sitelinks for your website.
The sitelinkes are automatically generated by Google, we cannot control which link or description Google decides to show under the sitelinks.
I’ll suggest you request indexing for the updated URL in the URL Inspection tool in Search Console and see if that helps.
However, it is a pretty common thing with Google these days. Even if everything’s fine, Google decides to show a different or no meta description for your search keyword, there is nothing you can do as Google sometimes ignores the custom meta info altogether.
