I’ve been using Rank Math for about a year and the title and content score is always at the top of the post… and now it’s gone. I deactivated the plugin and reactivated and it’s still gone.
I rolled back to the prior version and it’s still gone. Can you help me fix it immediately. Thanks!

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the inconvenience caused.
The title/headline score is not generated by our plugin. Our plugin only shows the SEO and Content AI score. You must be using some other plugin like MonsterInsights to generate the Title score.

Hi Jaideep! Ok and thank you… but now the SEO score is on my all posts list page, but not in the post editor. Isn’t it supposed to be there as well, so I can use it while I optimize the post? Thanks!

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

I also question what you said about the title score. I KNOW it was part of Rank Math… I don’t have Monster Insights and the title score was on my posts and part of RM. I’ve used it for a year and I don’t have any other plugins that would produce that.
Also, I found the Metadata by going to the 3 dots in the upper right of the page and post editor, but the title score, content score and metadata used to all be easy to get to and clearly shown in the editor at the top. Green, orange, yellow or red… I have reviewed ALL settings and I cannot find the problem. Thanks,

I can check that the SEO Score and Content AI Score boxes are present in the top bar of the editor:
If you are still not able to see them then please share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end so we an check this further. You can use a tool like https://imgur.com/ to share the screenshots.

Thank you for your quick response. I appreciate it. I don’t know how to use the link you sent for the screenshot… and instead of figuring that out, let me tell you that I only see the red AI box score on my end. I sent you the no password login early this am..so you can go on my site…

Hi again Jaideep, can you pls use the link I provide above to look at my posts and you’ll see how the SEO score is not at the top right as it used to be. At least it isn’t on my end. To access Rank Math I have to click on the 3 dots and I used to be able to click on the SEO score box at the top. Thanks, Jeanne

We are not able to replicate the issue on our end. I have also checked on different devices and screen resolutions, and the SEO score box is visible by default at the top bar. Please share the login details of the user account you are using in the sensitive data section so we can check if the issue is related to it.

Hello,
I can check that your user account has two roles, Admin and Subscriber. The issue seems to be related to the Subscriber role. Please remove it from your user account and see if that resolves the issue.
If the issue persists even after that, we will need FTP access to your site to investigate this further.

OK, I’m in my user area now and I see it says both admin and subscriber… How do I remove “subscriber?? And what is ftp access?
