To ensure that your posts are marked correctly as NewsArticle, please follow these steps:

1. Enable the News Sitemap Module: Make sure that the News Sitemap module is enabled in your Rank Math settings. You can do this by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → News Sitemap and enabling it. Ensure that the Sitemap module is also activated first.
   

2. Configure News Sitemap Settings: After enabling the module, go to Rank Math SEO → Sitemap Settings → News Sitemap to configure the global options for your news sitemap. This includes entering your publication name and selecting the post types that should be included.
   

3. Set Posts to News Article Schema: When you create or edit a post that you want to include in the news sitemap, ensure that you set it to use the NewsArticle schema. In the Rank Math meta box, under the Advanced tab, you can select the appropriate schema type.
   

4. Check Google Guidelines: Make sure your content adheres to Google’s guidelines for news articles, which can be found here.
