    Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.

    I tested the page using Facebook’s Debugger tool but was unable to replicate the issue. The image set as the featured as well as social image is displayed. Also, no errors are shown.

    Could you please try clearing your browser’s cache and see if that fixes the issue?

    With that being said, while checking the page source, I noticed that the social image that you’ve set has dimensions 1600px X 1169px whereas the recommended dimensions are 1200px X 630px. Using images of higher/lower than recommended dimensions can also result in social media platforms not being able to detect the image.

    It is recommended to use the image of the recommended dimensions.
