    I’ve checked the URLs and it seems that the image is already set. Could you please clear your site’s cache and check if the issue still persists?

    Please also ensure the image’s file size is less than 300kb and the recommended resolution is 1200x630px.

    Yes. It meets all the requirements, but on WhatsApp it doesn’t have a thumbnail.

    I tried sharing both the articles on WhatsApp and thumbnail is displayed for both of them.
