    Dear Rank Math Support Team,

    I am using your plugin on my WordPress website . I am facing an issue where the thumbnail image of my posts does not appear when I share them on Facebook or WhatsApp.

    I have properly configured the Open Graph and Social Media settings in Rank Math, but this issue persists. Due to this, I have noticed a decrease in website traffic.

    Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue? Do I need to update any specific configuration in the plugin? Let me know if you need further details about my website or settings.

    2. Set Open Graph Image for Homepage: If your homepage is set to display your latest posts, you can set a specific Open Graph thumbnail for your homepage under Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta → Homepage → Homepage Thumbnail for Facebook.

    3. Check Individual Post Settings: Make sure that each post has a featured image set. You can do this by editing the post and checking the Rank Math Metabox to ensure that the Open Graph image is correctly configured.

    4. Image Dimensions & Format: Verify that the images you are using meet Facebook’s requirements. The recommended image size is 1200px X 630px, and supported formats include JPEG, PNG, GIF, and WebP. If the dimensions are too small or too large, Facebook may not display them correctly.

    5. Facebook App ID: Although optional, adding a Facebook App ID can help with sharing issues. You can set this in WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta → Social Meta.

    Hello,

    We checked your website and found that the OG image you’re using is returning a Forbidden error. Please check the screenshot in the sensitive data section for reference.

    We suggest you change the OG image that can be accessible by the Facebook bot.

    Once done, please clear your website cache including any server-level cache, and check again.
