    Hi! I am trying to use ContentAI but it says to have an active plan, so I tried fetching the credits since it shows zero and I am sure I have more than that, but it gave the error in the title. How can I resolve this? Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

    We have fixed this from our end.

    Please reconnect your Rank Math plugin to your Rank Math account. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After that, refresh the credits again as instructed here.
