Rank Math free

I’m failing to setup the Rank Math free version on my client site. I installed it successfully, but when I go to set up this plugin for this (https://www.chilespirits.com/) site, then it’s not worked smoothly. Auto redirected to your main url (https://rankmath.com). Don’t know why? It’s my first time with this problem.

Can you tell me, what’s the error? How can I fix it? Please! Hope I can hear from you soon.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please ensure that you are installing the latest version of Rank Math plugin. If not yet, please do update them. You may refer to our changelog page here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

Also, when you go into WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General, do the “WordPress Address” and “Site Address” have the same setup? Meaning that both have either the www or not. They should be matching and not have a mismatch.
