I checked your sitemap page and it seems to be loading correctly.
Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
After that, remove all your sitemaps from your GSC and resubmit only the primary sitemap (https://www.thermenservice-in.wien/sitemap_index.xml).

Please add this filter in your active theme’s functions.php file to completely remove the sitemap from caching:
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
After doing so, resubmit the sitemap again to your Google Search Console.
Also, please check if you have any server-level caching services like Cloudflare. If you have any, please clear the cache as well and let Google read your sitemap again.

Could you please confirm if you are using Divi on your site?
If so, this probably happens when you are using the Blurb feature in Divi and using a background image in the Blurb.
We recommend that you contact the Divi team and ask them if they have a solution for this where these BG images of blurps are not included in the sitemap. The functionality of Rank Math being able to see Divi images and adding them to the sitemap was added by the Divi team and that is why it is recommended that you contact them directly.

I am sorry for the trouble caused but the issue is need to be crosschecked with Ranked Math since it is a compatibility issue. I hope the issue would be fix in the future update.
