Please clear the SEO Analysis cache by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Clear SEO Analysis
Once done, clear your website cache and re-run the SEO Analysis.
Rank Math uses an external script for that snapshot (thum.io) and they usually update screenshots after a couple of weeks thus, it could be that the snapshot is still being cached.
