If you check the followup from the user on the ticket you referenced – it was actually due to a bad setting on their part.
Once you make the changes, please go to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and hit the save button once.
That will do the trick.
If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

I did not follow that.
Now I i clicked save in permalinks but still there is the fault.
If you share you email, i will make a login for you.
Now there is the fault there. If you click on any category there will be 404.
Now if i turn off ‘strip category base’, wait a minute and turn on back it will be great again.
But this problem exist since there was an update but i do not which?
How can i roll back?
I have to fix it again to show our page to an other plugin’s developer, but if you make a sample category,then you can visit it and see the fault.

I had this problem also two days ago. But after I put it back, and retried it, I could not replicate the problem. Seeing you have the same problem makes me wonder…

There is no solution. You wrote that you tried something and it is gone. But what?
I put everything back to NO and then back to YES, like you, but did not do a new category or new products to the site… So after seeing your posting, I reopened the case. As it seems to be the same problem with the missing “/”, and come back with new products/categorys, as you states.
