    Hello,

    I’m facing an issue where the Page or Post editor is not loading — it’s stuck at “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.” and the backend editor doesn’t open. I’ve troubleshooted this by disabling all plugins one by one, and found that the issue is caused by Rank Math.

    What’s strange is that I’m using the same version of Rank Math that works fine on other websites. To fix it, I’ve already tried the following:

    Imported settings, then deleted everything

    Cleaned the database of Rank Math entries

    Reinstalled Rank Math fresh

    Even tried installing an older version of Rank Math

    But the issue still persists.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    The error code should be included in that email after the lines.

    If you haven’t received the email with the error code, you can follow this guide to enable debugging in WordPress
    https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ or you can get in touch with your web host, and they will help you locate the log file.

    Having an error log will help us determine what is causing the critical error.

    Hello,

    It seems that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you used to open this ticket is a free account.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

    Concerning the error, are there specific pages where you are seeing these errors?

    From the error log, it seems that there’s a corrupted schema applied to the URL. Could you please confirm if you have recently added or created schema templates?

    If you have created any Schema templates, please delete them and add them again to see if that helps.

    Alternatively, you can use the bulk edit feature to remove the schema from the page on the list view:
