You can follow this guide to enable debugging in WordPress

Alternatively, you can follow these steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

yes i already remove sitemp from litespeed cache plugin. 15 days ago i checked this sitemap issue, but it’s fixed again after changes htaccess file from removed my valueimpression ads code
then i never checked again, but today i check my search console my website traffic are going down day by day, and sitemap not opened
im also checked after few hours this issue happened again or not

Please clear the cache from the cache plugin then remove the sitemap from the Search Console and add sitemap_index.xml again.
