  • I don’t know why the name and description and caption appear this way, but the name of the site or page or even the description doesn’t appear?
    “name”:”#site_title \u0645\u062c\u062a\u0645\u0639 \u0648\u0631\u062f\u0629″

  • Hello, we apologize for the issue you are facing with the JSON-LD files. It seems that the site title and description are not being displayed correctly in the structured data. This can happen due to various reasons, such as incorrect settings in your Rank Math configuration or issues with how the JSON-LD is being generated.

To troubleshoot this, we recommend checking the following:

    1. Schema Settings: Ensure that you have correctly set up the Schema for your pages. You can navigate to your post editing screen, open Rank Math in the Gutenberg sidebar, and check the Schema settings.
    2. Importing JSON-LD: If you are trying to import custom JSON-LD, make sure that the code is correctly formatted and includes all necessary fields. You can refer to our guide on Importing JSON-LD Schema Markup for detailed instructions.
    3. Site Title and Description: Verify that your site title and description are correctly set in the WordPress settings under Settings → General and in the Rank Math settings under Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so that a human agent from our support team can assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!

    Hello,

Thank you so much for getting in touch.

The format you’re seeing is normal because your website includes Arabic characters. Browsers and some tools may encode text this way for better interpretation, but Google can still read and understand your site title and description correctly.

There’s no need to worry as your schema should function as expected for search engines.

You can see from the screenshot below that Google is able to parse the information from the schema:

    Oh, I get it.
How can I make it appear in Arabic? There are many Arabic websites where the name already appears in Arabic.
I want to know why the name appears missing in Google Search Console. Is it because it is in Arabic? How can I solve the problem?
