    I paid, but I got an error and the tariff was not activated, although the funds were withdrawn

    It looks like you used a different email address when you bought the plugin. That’s why we can’t find your account in our system.

    To help you out, we need you to send us a copy of your receipt from FastSpring.com. You can search your inbox for an email from them – please share the email receipt with us so we can verify your purchase and update your account. You can share images with us by uploading them to an image hosting site like Imgur, and then sharing the generated URL with us here.

    Alternatively, you can share the payment email or the last four digit of your credit card and we should be able to locate your payment with that.

    No, I indicated exactly this email, I made a purchase without registration, just entered my email, paid via google pay, during payment, a payment error was issued, nothing came to the mail
