Hello,
Thanks for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.
I visited your website and it seems like you have deactivated Rank Math, could you please let us know if that was for a troubleshooting process? If yes, then please activate Rank Math back again so that we can further investigate the issue.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thanks.
I just reopened Rank Math
Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
I checked your tags sitemap and earlier it was giving a 404 error (after Rank Math was activated) but now it seems that you’ve enabled the tags sitemap. I tested your sitemap using https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html and there were no issues found. Could you please confirm whether the issue still persists?
Also, when I visited your index sitemap, I found that you’ve enabled both Category and Tags sitemap. We recommend that you enable only 1 sitemap for taxonomy. You can read more about it here: https://rankmath.com/kb/configure-sitemaps/#include-in-sitemap-9
Looking forward to helping you.
Thanks.
I later discovered that I did not enable “Local SEO & Knowledge Graph”
But I still can’t create the quote on thesearch console”Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
I tried to access the URL in the screenshot but it gave a 404 (not found) error. I was also not able to find the tag
care productsin the sitemap. Could you please confirm whether you still have that tag? If yes, then please follow this screencast to check if a NoIndex tag is applied to it: https://i.rankmath.com/TUQigkLooking forward to helping you.
Thanks.
It has been resolved, thank you very much
my question is
1. I did not enable “Local SEO & Knowledge Graph” so the index of the tag is not enabled
2. Google may not clear the cache when you checked, so there is no update, so you still see a 404
I solved it by following your steps. Thank you very much for helping me.I hope this question can be archived to help others because I couldn’t find the answer when I searched the Internet.
In addition, you said that as long as you select the category and the label, it will be better to turn on the index. Then do you think there is any need to correct my current settings?
Hello,
We’re glad that you got that sorted and thanks for sharing the details with us.
I checked your sitemaps and I noticed that you’ve disabled the category sitemap. As, I previously said in this ticket that it is recommended to enable only one sitemap for taxonomy, and now it seems fine.
Your
care-productstag is also appearing in the sitemap and I checked its source code and everything seems fine. You can now continue working on your website and if you have another question in the future, please feel free to reach out, and it will be our pleasure to assist you again.
Thank you.
Thank you very much
