2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

3. Clear your website and browser’s cache and check the sitemaps again.

Could you confirm if you’re referring to the posts present on the blog page?

If yes, I checked the source of all these posts and they’re all having the same canonical URL which points to the blog page.
Could you confirm if you’ve manually modified the canonical URLs of the posts? If yes, please remove the canonical and follow the first step in my previous reply and see if that fixes the issue.
We only include those posts/pages/CPTs in the sitemaps that do not have a custom canonical set.
