Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

The problem has been resolved, I double checked and found, I had a security directive in nginx.conf file that was causing the problem.
Secondly, When I installed WordPress I had to disable few things including Rest API in order to secure it.
Now Its all good.
