    Trying to get to a human
    Bought the product and can’t use it.
    Credits do not appear on the WordPress site, only on RankMath account site says I have 5K

    To resolve this, please ensure that you are logged into the correct Rank Math account where you purchased the Content AI credits. Once confirmed, follow these steps:

    1. Check Your Credits: Go to your Rank Math account and verify that you see the correct remaining credits by visiting this link.

    2. Reconnect Your Account: If the credit count is correct but not showing on your website, navigate to your WordPress admin area:

      • Go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
      • Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account.

    And another problem
    When I click on the Content AI on the menu, it displays promotion like I do not have the product? Why?
