    Hey guys,

    I noticed somebody else having the same issue. I have tried what was suggested to them, and yet still the credits have not been updated. The problem is one this sub domain. https://templates.designerdragonfly.nl/

    For this other user having the same problem, Rankmath disconnected and the client reconnected and it seemed to have worked for them. I would greatly appreciate some help with this please.

    Since you’ve already tried disconnecting and reconnecting your Rank Math account, let’s ensure you’re following the correct steps:

    1. Log in to your WordPress admin area.
    2. Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
    3. Disconnect your Rank Math account.
      Disconnect
    4. Reconnect your Rank Math account.
      Reconnect
    5. After reconnecting, head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again to request the updated credits from our server.
      Refresh Credits

    If the credits still do not update after following these steps, please check if you are logged into the correct account that purchased the Content AI credits by visiting your Rank Math Account.

    If everything seems correct but the issue persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

    I have tried to disconnect and reconnect again, and the problem persists ;-(
